No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime — just give us 30 days' notice so we can transition things smoothly.
No setup fees on any plan. Your first month covers the initial build. If you need premium one-time services (logo design, professional copywriting, photography), those are billed separately and clearly listed up front.
You can take your domain with you — it's yours. We'll transfer it to a registrar of your choice at no charge. The website files themselves are part of the service, so they go offline when service ends, but we can provide an HTML/asset export for a one-time $250 fee if you want to take the site too.
Yes. Pay for a full year up front and you get 2 months free (so you pay for 10 months instead of 12). Most clients start monthly, then switch to annual once they're comfortable.
