Ironside opened in 2018 with three chairs, one straight razor, and a stubborn belief that nobody should feel rushed when they sit down for a cut. No buzzers calling out your number. No barbers checking their phones between snips. Just unhurried craft.
Eight years and 1,400 clients later, the formula hasn't changed. The team has — we've added Diego, Jamal, and Sarah, each with their own specialty — but the chair, the conversation, and the care are exactly what Marcus brought home from his apprenticeship in Brooklyn.
